appointed distributor,
see Testwell distributors, you should
contact directly the distributor of your country with all inquiries
of our tools.
For example, when asking evaluation copies, prices, ordering, technical
support. (However, with some specific customers the contacts are agreed
to go
directly to here Testwell in spite of an appointed distributor in your
country.)
When you are from a country where we do not have an appointed
distributor, you should contact directly to here Testwell.
Pricing...
We have two licensing/pricing models: a floating
license (available on all supported host platforms) and a node-locked
license (available on Windows only). The exact prices are not
shown here. But to give you some idea, the basic CTC++ host-only
floating license for a
site (first license) costs
3900 Euros. A CMT++ or CMTJava node-locked license on a
single-user Windows
PC costs 1000 Euros.
The prices include the first year maintenance, which contains technical
email support and tool upgrades by web download.
The procedure of purchasing from Testwell...
- Ask a quotation for the desired set of licenses (what
tool(s), on what platform(s), on what site(s), how licensed, how many
licenses in each category)
- Send your company's normal purchase order to us
(by fax of by .doc/.pdf email attachment)
- The following information will be sorted out:
- the address of the site, i.e. the place of
use
- the technical contact person at you
(coordinates the support requests
at your side, gets email notifications when upgrade versions come
available,
can download tool upgrades from our web pages)
- if floating licenses => the host machine
identification of the Flexlm license
server (one of Windows, Linux, Solaris, HPUX)
- if node-locked license => the
identification of the workstation
machine (MAC-address of the Windows PC)
- We will deliver you the ordered Testwell tool
software, and, where needed, the Flexlm license manager software. By
default the delivery is a plain
electronic delivery, where you download the actual Testwell tool
from our web pages and receive the license control portions by email.
- We will send you the invoice.
